The Tenant Advocacy Project offers services to applicants who have been denied access to public housing programs and vouchers, or those tenants who are being terminated from public housing or voucher program participation.

We are unable to assist tenants experiencing landlord-tenant issues or provide representation in summary process (eviction cases).

If you need legal assistance with with rental property that is not connected to to public housing or housing vouchers, we’d suggest you call the Volunteer Lawyers Project  at (617) 603-1700.
