Harvard Law students represent clients in three core practice areas: administrative challenges to negative decisions affecting subsidized housing and vouchers, eviction record sealing, and security deposit recovery in small claims court. Our advocacy is guided by the experiences, needs, and aspirations of our clients, and we are committed to amplifying the work of Boston-area community organizations. We believe that every person has a right to safe, stable, and affordable housing, and we seek to empower communities facing gentrification and displacement, especially those systemically marginalized on the basis of race, immigration status, language, disability, gender, sexuality, family status, criminal legal system involvement, religion, or
